THE HIDDEN PHOTOGRAPH: LISA EINSTEIN’S SEARCH FOR HOME
My mother, Lisa Sofie Einstein took this picture of the nameplate on her father, Dr. Otto Einstein’s medical office on April 1, 1933. This was the day that the Nazi boycott of Jewish businesses and professionals began in pre-war Nazi Germany. The photo inspired me to write this book about our family.
